Job Description

Shell UK in Aberdeen is an exciting and busy place to work: With 5 Final Investment Decisions (FID) taken in 2018 and continuous drilling for the next 3 years, the successful candidate can expect to be at the heart of a dynamic development team working to deliver significant production.

This position is within the Reservoir Engineering Discipline Team of the Shell UK Development, which consists of more than 30 fields developed by fixed platforms or FPSOs.

The main purpose of the role is to maximize the value of the hydrocarbon portfolio by contribution to identification and maturing business opportunities on the basis of field development planning and reservoir monitoring. The role includes preparation of production forecast profiles and resulting reserves for surface and subsurface opportunities, including the identification of risk mitigation measures.
