Primary responsibility is at assist customers by providing first level support for applications. Work with others to help resolve reported problems and issues, on a timely basis.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for issuing licensing for all products. Process customer and internal requests, create license files and work with business development and support team to deliver customer requests.
Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up with client questions and issues
Follow all license requests through the initial call to the final implementation, and update progress in Devtrack, TDF etc. If a license request is sent to another department, follow up to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner
Update relevant systems such as TDF, Devtrack and other CRM systems
Assist with support level tracking and reporting needs. Create and track tickets and generate reports.
Compile and prepare periodic status, performance, and trend reports
Assist LOWIS as a service offering by monitoring system, reports, customer delivery etc.
Help with maintaining reference data used in systems
Assist with support related activities
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills in order to establish strong relationships to communicate effectively with all types of customers.
Understanding of Microsoft operating systems, PC/LAN systems, working knowledge of XP, working knowledge of Microsoft applications, desktop hardware and a technical aptitude in order to more effectively handle customer inquiries.
Experience in MS Office and other desktop applications.
Understanding of customer support activities
Excellent administrative skills: organized, efficient, and versatile
High School Diploma or Equivalent
The physical ability to immediately respnd to emergency situations
Exposure to hep desk/customer support
Ability to monitor computer jobs and schedules
Experience in using customer support systems to follow up on open issues
Oil & gas industry exposure
Experience in supporting customers
1+ years of related experience
Any college level courses related to computers
