Saudi Aramco is seeking a Management & Professional Development Advisor (M&PDA) to join the Management Development Division (MDD) of the Management & Professional Development Department.
The MDD ensures Saudi Aramco has the best management team now, and in the future. MDD provides direction and support for the identification, selection, and development of employees on the managerial track, through assessments and coaching, driving disciplined talent management.
The M&PDA's primary role is to serve as an internal coach, providing one-to-one and group coaching support for Saudi Aramco leaders, to help realize performance potential and drive business impact.
As a successful candidate you must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in an HR-related discipline from a recognized and approved institution. An advanced degree is preferred.
You must have at least 5 years of experience working as a leadership development coach.
You must have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
You are able to demonstrate deep understanding of coaching concepts and their practical application in the workplace and have a minimum coach certification at the ACC level (or equivalent).
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following duties:
Provide one to one coaching for high potential employees, developing, mid-career and senior Saudi Aramco leaders using proven, best-practice coaching methodologies.
Demonstrate a deep theoretical understanding and practical experience of deploying a range of cognitive and behavioral change methodologies, to help drive transactional and transformational change.
Utilize a range of assessment tools such as work style questionnaires, business simulations, multi-rater feedback instruments (360's) and self-assessment inventories, including the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).
Provide thought leadership, advice and expertise to the Business Lines on matters relating to coaching trends and best practices.
