The Time & Attendance Manager will work with the GBSC TE2P Global Process Owner to provide support in the configuration, deployment and maintenance of the Workforce Time & Attendance system globally. This will include responsibility for the application support and enhancement request intake process and execution. This role will be the primary business owner of the system and be the foremost expert on the inner workings of the system.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing the business configuration for WorkForce Time & Attendance solution.
Provide end user support for business systems, resolving inquiries and issues.
Advise business users in the effective use of the application.
Document and review new requests and/or system enhancements.
Locating, collecting, and organizing information that enhances the understanding of a problem or situation.
Documenting, and solving problems or situations that require attention or improvement.
Evaluate user requirements for changes or enhancements to existing business systems and provide specifications where needed.
Facilitate effective communication of open items to others at all levels.
Interact with IT team and vendors assisting to resolve issues and prioritize future enhancements.
Collaborate with IT team to translate business requirements into technical solutions/plans.
Serve as key SME (Subject Matter Expert) to the Application Development Managers as well as other parts of the organization for internal IT, 3rd-party, and cloud application deployments.
Assist in managing outsourced relationships for 3rd party application development and programming consultants as well as a liaison to the vendors for extended problem resolution, license maintenance, and support agreements.
Prioritize efforts and delegate activities appropriately as well as use analytical experience to consult end users with the overall objective of improving the use of application systems functionality.
Assist in training and updating job aids. Communicating updates, systems and business changes to stakeholders as needed.
Test releases, new builds and enhancements to business systems which may include assisting in coordination of user sign off and installation.
Communicate effectively with executives, vendors, and members of organization on a daily basis.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Must have a Bachelor's degree
Understanding of System Requirements, User Stories, and Use Cases
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Great customer service skills. Ability to work well with a variety of clients over the phone.
Possesses strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
Must be a team player but also able to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions and levels of an organization to drive teams towards success-based results
The ability to research / analyze a problem autonomously before seeking advice or assistance.

Experience or background in HR, Payroll, or Time and Attendance.
Experience with Time & Attendance system (Workforece Software), project management, and implementations.
Must be focused, goal driven, accountable, and exhibit significant attention to detail.
Must be able to think at the strategic level while implementing at the project level.
Programming experience utilizing Java, C#, C++ or 4GL programming languages or Experience with SQL and writing complex queries desired.
Experience in business solutions or operations analysis preferred.
