My Eco Energy with a technological partnership with Go fuels a UK based bio-fuel company is 

engaged in the distribution and marketing of Indizel, a Bio-fuel for the very first time in India. We are starting a new chapter in the Indian petroleum industry with our revolutionary product and distribution model. With a vision of energy dependence for the nation we are planning on replicating our globally implemented advanced production technology provided by Go fuels.  

Powering various commercial vehicular mediums like cars, buses, trains, bulldozers, ships and agricultural tractors along with other machinery like electricity generators, industrial boilers & furnaces; Indizel is the next best viable option to conventional fuel mediums.

In our endeavor to expand the outreach of Bio-Diesel in the country, My Eco Energy has outlined a marketing road-map wherein it would target domestic market segments primarily catering to Maharashtra and other neighboring states in the first phase.  

We plan to establish a network of fuel stations across each state and build a clean fuel corridor for easy and convenient access to our fuel at all times. 

Job Description

  • Responsible for commercial function like Branch Accounts, debtor management, expense tracking, Excise duty, Sales tax, Domestic Logistics, etc. for the respective branch
  • Overall monitoring activities of Accounts, Logistics, Commercial, Administration and Human Resources.
  • Monitoring the debtors credit limit, ageing analysis and set credit limit for the local vendors for effective working capital management.
  • To keep a track of office administrative expenses, ensure payment of utility bills and other local statutory payments in time.
  • To keep a track of sales expenses, identify deviations from the past trends, communicate the same to the Regional Managers.
  • To monitor and keep a track on the ongoing sales schemes for the region and ensure proper accounting of the same.
  • Maintain effective business relations with representatives of the Government, consumer organizations and all significant others of the respective branch location
  • Provide inputs for the preparation of annual budget for its respective branch. 
  • To follow the systems and procedure for the day to day work.
  • To follow the guidelines provided for effective internal control. 
  • Responsible for all commercial functions and meet statutory requirements for day to day functioning of commercial functions. 
  • To follow the regulations related to alcohol business and make the necessary changes in operations.
  • Ensure that Invoices, Order acknowledgments, Sales orders, Purchase orders, receipts, and other supporting documents are prepared in timely and accurate manner. 
  • Ensure effective data capture, backup, documentation, etc. procedure for its respective branches.
  • Follow the guidelines for Man power strength for each function based on quantum and availability of resources in respective area
  • Ensure the daily allowances, reimbursement of travel, food, boarding, other expenses are accurate and relevant and supported with proper documents and bills.
  • To Work in close coordination with other commercial managers for practicing and sharing best practices and new initiatives.
  • To communicate effectively with the vendors Transporters, forwarding agents, courier companies, etc for better rate negotiation and smooth branch operations.
  • To ensure data inputs for the monthly MIS, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the region including regional cash flow is communicated o the MIS finance at regular basis.
