Job Description

  • Lead the production and maintenance team to achieve operational goals in service, Quality, EHS, Cost Out and Inventory using Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Lead Brilliant Factory initiative.
  • Execute Sales plan in coordination with ERP.
  • Responsible for meeting Production Output according to the Operational Plan
  • Responsible for the EHS results and reporting.
  • Responsible to generate VCP Projects
  • Supervise daily activities in assigned functional areas.
  • Support Plant and Financial Manager to develop operating plan and strategy
  • As People Leader Provide ongoing supervision and couching for direct reports, guiding them in current positions and assisting with career development and training.
  • Responsible for improve TPM >75%
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • BS degree in Mechanical/Industrial & Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English conversation preferred.
  • Green Belt certified with demonstrated ability to apply tools and process rigor.
  • Strong problem solving and solid analytical skills.
  • Proficiency on manufacturing management skills as Production and Inventory control Lean Manufacturing
  • At least 5 years manufacturing experience, in an metal mechanic fabrication processes with a strong NC technical background.
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels within the organization as well as with external agents as customers, vendors and suppliers.
  • As People Leader proven mentoring and coaching abilities, demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire others.
  • Ability to motivate and maintain high morale, employee engagement, safety and teamwork in a union environment.
