Location - Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh), India 

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: 

• To maintain and operate depot equipment & facilities to standards of Quality, Cost and Delivery that meets the Customer expectations as a minimum. 
• The employee will be required work to suit the business operations and may be required to work beyond these hours when the need arises. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible for the maintenance of all the electrical equipments as per the preventive maintenance schedule and documenting the reports. 
• Raise Purchase Request and follow up for material and services required for upkeep of electrical equipment 
• Preparedness of Troubleshooting / maintenance of utility equipments at any time maintenance of OHE, SIGNALLING, electrical panel ROOM, dg, cranes, ssp & depot equipments. 
• Design maintenance strategies, procedures & methods in form of the maintenance manual 
• Handling maintenance of STP ,ETP and WTP plant at site. 
• Maintain records of plant function readings and equipment history maintain preventative

MAINTENANCE RECORDS AND SCHEDULES 

• Plan / prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of working time. 
• Conduct performance tests of plant equipment using tachometers, pressure gauges,flowmeter,ampier Meter, volt meters etc. 
• Develop & practice standard procedures (SOPs, WIs etc.) for safe, reliable & efficient plant operations 
• Having good Understanding of the electrical circuits and drawings reading skills and making for maintenance purpose. 
• Troubleshooting/finding the faults in the system through referring the electrical drawings. 
• Responsible for commissioning/installation of any new equipment in the plant 
• Monitor operation of equipment in assigned areas on a routine basis and address emerging issues. 
• Performance management to ensure measurable goals, proper workload distribution, goal satisfaction and effective staff performance management 
• Timely calibration of depot equipment & tools. 
• Responsible for overall upkeep of the site to high standards of operations, maintenance and cleanliness. 
• Assigns and reviews work of subordinates, gives instructions, maintains disciplie and resolves difficult maintenance and security/safety problems. 
• Preparation of daily report and shift schedule of the technical staff 
• Supervises the staff involved in performing the functions of the assigned units 
• Troubleshooting/Maintenance of utilities installed at site like 11KV substation,
• DG(750 , 1010kva)Compressors, Transformers(1850Kva), solar, Fire fighting( sprinkler system ,FHC, HVAC system, , UPS, ACB & VCB maintenance ,HT/LT switchgear,illumination system 
• Handling operation & maintenance of 33 kv 

Qualifications & Skills: 

EDUCATION 

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering from recognized University.(Regular Course) 
• IT Literate 
• Languages : English & Hindi: fluent 
• Planning & Organising skills

• Respect of EHS and Quality policies.

• Excellent communication skills 

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE 

• Experience of working in RS Depot maintenance (PREFERABLY 5-7 years) 
• Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems preferable 

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR / WIREMAN LICENCE REQUIRED 

• Language Skills: English, Hindi & Local Language 
• IT Skills: SAP
