Payment Collection, Deposit in bank and follow ups, Bank Reconciliation, Imprest Management.
Reconciliation of Related Franchisee and Customer Accounts.
Bills processing related to Filling Plant.
Invoicing related to Plant activities.
Ensure proper documentation on Payments for Cash Transactions.
Fixed assets audit and accounting.
Gas Stock Accounting and Control.
Properly filing and keeping of Invoices and customer acknowledged DC copies.
Liasoning with Contractors and ensuring appropriate laws and provisions are in place.
Ensuring Staff Welfare, Communication as per guidelines.
Vendor Identification and development of above.
Vendor identification and development of Cylinder transporters.
Co-ordinate all IT related activities in Filling Plant.
As per mock drill procedure act as a communication coordinator during OSEP & Mock drills.
In-Land Logistics: Scheduling of Cylinder Transportation and co-ordinate despatch to fulfill orders as per Service Standards.
Ensure Optimum distribution cost. Co-ordinate Inventory Management and Re-order levels with Franchisees and Customers.
Checking and submission all plant bills on time to HO.
Directly Responsible for all statutory Compliance of Procedures, Licenses, Public Relations related to Administration,
Personnel, Contract Manpower, Commercial areas of the Filling Plant.
Ensure Service deliverables are met.
Customer Complaint Handling and action related to Personnel, Administration, Commercial and Logistics.
Logging of all complaints communication to concerned andensure compliance.
Cost Management -
Related to administration areas, Filling Plant related bulk and cylinder transportation.
Conduct analysis, Implement corrective Action towards cost optimization.
