  • Compliance with the HSSE Policy, Programs such as LSR, Goal Zero & other relevant HSSE programs that the company may implement.
  • Refuel aircraft in accordance with procedures laid down in the SAOM/SAQAM.
  • Carry out daily tank dip and reconciliation of stocks on the refueller. Record measurement on the Red Book as provided. Report to Operations Supervisor any discrepancies or variance noted.
  • Ensure the correct reconciliation of meter readings for refueling equipment on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and update all the records of stock & meter reconciliation book called Red Book.
  • Report all vehicle defects, accidents, and incidents, Potential Hazards/Incidents (PI) & Near Misses (NM).
  • Liaise with JOCASP for Hydrant Defects.
  • Input Only the Correct and Accurate Daily Attendance onto the Shell People System
  • Zero Involvement in Delay of Flights
  • Zero Customer Complaints
  • Zero Involvement in Vehicle Breakdown (Mis Use of Vehicles)
  • Fuelling aircraft compliant to the procedure to Safety, QC and Customer Relationship
  • Passed Driving for Goal Zero Training
  • Passed and enforce the Manual Handling Program or Refresher Course
  • Passed training on the use of new vehicles.
  • Zero Error in creating of delivery tickets
  • Zero Misplacing Delivery tickets
  • ITP Operator will be assigned in NAIA International Airport
  • Regular work will be 5 days a week and will be on shifting schedule. Shift schedule depends on the demand and flights of customers.
  • ITP Operators deal mostly with aircraft mechanics and/or ramp agent of customers during fueling of aircraft.
  • ITP Operators work mostly on the apron of the airport.

  • Competent in driving straight chassis and articulated vehicles.
  • Must have drivers license restriction for 1, 2, 3 and 8 types of vehicles.
  • Knowledge in the operation of a fire extinguisher.
  • Self-management and resource and priority planning.
  • Ability to organize and manage the performance of team/others to meet targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal/external relationships and negotiations.
  • Strong customer/client awareness and focus.
  • Good teamwork skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
