Having the corresponding quality and HSE management consulting experience of oil and gas pipeline construction project(diameter of 813mm or above);At least 5 years consulting experience in long distance pipeline construction quality management system.
Quality assurance: holding PMP qualification (project management professional qualification) or IPMA C(international project manager);
HSE: having training certificate of NEBOSH IOG (UK HSE committee), CSHO/OSHA (US occupational safety and health certification), IFAP (Australian occupational health and safety level 4).
