Job Description

  • Location -?Visakhapatnam, Bihar, India 
  • Should be conversant with all applicable labour laws i.e. Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition Act), Minimum wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Interstate Migrant, etc. 
  • Should be well versed with Industrial Relations activities such as submission of half/annual returns, obtaining andrenewal of labour license, maintenance of statutory records as per State/Central Act, PF, ESI, CLRA, BOCW/MW act etc. 
  • Day to day administration of various works like workmen transportation, supervising of canteen, statutory compliances, liaison with Government authority, negotiations with union, maintaining harmonious relation with Union, redressal of workmens grievance, disciplinary matter, time office, labour welfare, wages disbursement, arranging Gate Passes, maintaining security agencies and workmen camp maintenance etc. 
  • Should have handled workmen at Projects.
  • Experience in construction Industry and qualifications in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from reputed Institute/University is an advantage.
  • Should possess strong management skills, be familiar with industrial laws and be computer-literate.
  • Multi linguistic (English & Hindi must)
  • Qualifications :
  • Academic Graduate & Post-graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare from a recognized Institute / University, an advantage
  • Experience : 5 to 20 years
  • Terms : Fixed Term Contract (Two Years) Extendable, deserving candidates can be taken on permanent employment also
