*Holds same position in a well-known construction/contracting company
*Proven experience in developing recruitment strategies and plans
*Proven experience in Translating the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
*Proven headhunting capabilities, experience, tools and techniques in construction industry
*An experienced leader and human resource executive with appropriate construction industry experience,
