Job Description

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Administers global equity plans offered to executives in partnership with a senior equity plans administrator.
  • Includes management of third-party providers that record-keep Long-Term Incentive Plan grants and payments.
  • Provides counsel to executives, financial advisors, HR business partners, survivors and others regarding plan rules and transactions.
  • Develops and delivers communications and training related to equity plans.
  • Assists in the management of system changes and enhancements.
  • Provide project and analytics support to other executive compensation projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • At least 5 years experience administering equity plans
  • Extreme attention to detail and 100 percent accuracy required to deliver executive benefits and public disclosures.
  • High proficiency in Excel and proficiency in HR reporting and information systems including BI and EPH.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely convey complex and technical concepts orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage individuals at all levels, to diplomatically manage sensitive cases and to work effectively in a highly collaborative work environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload and to effectively address competing and unexpected priorities.
  • Strong sensitivity and support of shareholder, enterprise, management and executive drivers.
  • High touch personal service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of legal and tax and accounting requirements related to equity plans.
  • Working knowledge of executive compensation.
  • Global equity experience a plus

Relocation Options:

Relocation may be considered within Chevron parameters.

International Considerations:

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
