Job Description

Lcoation -?Elblag, Warmian-Masurian, Poland 

Role Summary/Purpose:
Responsible for:

  • driving most up to date, verified, documented, agreed with key stakeholders view on the forecast of the project profitability;
  • compliance with fundamental accounting requirements observed in contract accounting;
  • Intermediate level professional positions requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, more independence in problem solving and decision making

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Control in a cooperation with project team a repeatable cycle of verification of key assumptions driving most up to date, fact based forecast of overall project profitability. 
  • Make sure obtained data, assumptions are verifiable, auditable, consistent with data presented to project review committee
  • Apply project accounting in accordance with Company guidelines;
  • Follow revenue recognition principles;
  • Analyze the project execution performance and propose action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks 
  • Understand other functions role and responsibility in order to be efficient member of the project team 
  • Cooperate with senior finance staff in order to feed appropriate data on time, with right quality to support professional reporting process

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED? with at least significant experience in Finance) 
  • Experience in budgeting
