Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supports safe, reliable, production by ensuring that maintenance execution plans are sufficiently resourced including adequate personnel and competencies are available
  • Build processes to understand what activities are required for the asset (build and shape the business)
  • Collaborate effectively across diverse teams to ensure the quality and accurate input of information to plans
  • Provides and demonstrates effective use of activity planning tools for the integration of maintenance and operational activities, in compliance with planning processes and standards
  • Supports the Operations Maintenance Coordinator by ensuring all operational activities are considered and included into the Integrated Activity Plan and have been adequately resourced

Skills & Experience:

  • Background in Operations in a high-risk environment, ideally recently in a planning position
  • Mastery in SAP Plant Maintenance and knowledge in SAP Supply Chain Management
  • Mastery in using the Prometheus & Primavera Planning tools
  • Process driven mindset including safety and risk identification, understanding and management
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to influence others
  • Ability to work with uncertainty with excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills for quick decision-making
  • Self-motivated, results driven, curious and willing to learn to accelerate your development to lead a team
  • Computer literate with the ability/interest in using new technology to achieve better outcomes
