Under general supervision, interfaces with manufacturing and other personnel to plan and schedule orders. Supports daily execution on the shop floor and responsible for releasing shop packets. Negotiates dates on exceptions with concerned parties, commits to order delivery, and works with Technology function for substitutions/alternatives. Utilizes knowledge and understanding of MRP, manufacturing processes, and inventory management principles as inputs to developing manufacturing schedule. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing which includes experience in scheduling.
